TiER1 All Company “Meeting in a Box”

Every year TiER1 gets together as a company for an all company meeting (ACM). With the difficulties of connecting as a company in person due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting had to come to the employees. Thus, an ACM-in-a-box! The ACM-in-a-box was designed under the theme of “uncharted”. All of the materials were themed with a deep blue Uncharted theme, comprising of simple icons and topographic maps. Food was sourced from other B Corps, coloring pages for doodling while listening to meetings, branded zoom cards, virtual backgrounds, “yeti” appearances, and branded activity cards resulted in a visually appealing meeting-in-a-box. The box followed the 3 principles of maintaining Focus, Alignment, and Actions.
When we can’t be in person, a kit can bring a similar experience to everyone. The kit must help focus attention, gain alignment, deliver surprise or joy, and align next steps for the recipient.
