In order to motivate sales reps to talk about Trintellix (a prescription medication used to treat MDD or Major Depressive Disorder,) in the limited time they have with physicians, despite it often being a second-tier therapy.

An interactive display and audio-driven web app were developed to put sales reps into an MDD patients’ shoes. Through a combination of audio and augmented reality displays (AR), each sales rep can journey through a complete patient story, seeing and hearing a variety of stories from the patient to their psychiatrist to a loved one. The experience is designed to function both at the national sales meeting in event mode as well as a stand-alone web app for use in classroom new-hire training, both utilizing the reps iPad Pro.

Photographs give a behind the scenes view into patients’ lives. Through robust audio, the patients and their care network share experiences and feelings.

  • Flexible for use in non-event mode for classrooms or in event spaces.

  • Self-guided AR experience with multiple storylines and post-event chat bot interaction.

A museum-style exhibit that weaves together a variety of multimedia elements to tell three stories of people with MDD. Sherri, Lucia, and Marcus’s stories come alive through augmented reality, audio, large panels, and a chat bot. By selecting a path, the user gets an in-depth journey through visits to a PCP, work, home, and psychiatrist office. Once completed, an opt-in chat bot continues the story over a preset amount of time after the event.
